This Donations and Virtual Goods Policy explains the conditions that apply when users financially support L2WorldWar and receive virtual currency, items, services, or other in-game benefits.
This Policy forms part of the L2WorldWar Terms of Service. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
L2WorldWar is generally available without mandatory payment.
Payments help support expenses associated with operating and maintaining the project, including hosting, infrastructure, security, development, advertising, technical services, and community management.
Where a payment grants virtual currency, an item, a service, or another defined benefit, that benefit will be described before payment is completed.
Supporting L2WorldWar does not grant a user ownership, administrative authority, immunity from the Server Rules, or preferential treatment in moderation or enforcement matters.
Payments must be made only through payment methods and pages officially published by L2WorldWar.
Payment processing may be handled by independent providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other processors displayed at checkout. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, verification procedures, exchange rates, and transaction fees.
L2WorldWar is not responsible for payments sent to:
Users should contact official support if they are uncertain whether a payment request is legitimate.
L2WorldWar may provide virtual currency, including Golden Apiga, virtual items, account services, cosmetic features, conveniences, or other in-game benefits in connection with a payment.
All such benefits:
No user acquires a legal ownership interest in L2WorldWar or its systems by making a payment.
The applicable amount, currency, and virtual benefit will be displayed before payment is completed.
The user is responsible for checking:
L2WorldWar is not responsible for additional fees imposed by banks, card issuers, payment providers, or currency-conversion services.
By completing a payment, you confirm that:
Payments made through stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently used payment methods may result in cancellation of the transaction, removal of associated virtual benefits, and suspension of related accounts.
Delivery normally begins after the payment provider confirms that the payment was successfully completed.
Delivery may be automatic or may require manual processing, depending on the payment method and the benefit selected.
A payment is considered successfully delivered when the corresponding virtual currency, item, service, or benefit has been credited to the designated account or character, or when the requested account service has been completed.
Users must ensure that the correct account or character information is supplied. L2WorldWar is not required to compensate for delivery to an incorrectly designated account or character where the information was entered by the user, although support may attempt to assist where technically possible.
If a confirmed payment has not been delivered, the user should contact official support and provide sufficient information to identify the transaction, such as:
Users should not publish complete payment details, card information, passwords, or other sensitive financial information in public channels.
After verifying a genuine delivery failure, L2WorldWar will normally:
Duplicate deliveries or benefits credited without full payment may be corrected or removed.
Virtual currency and other in-game benefits are normally intended for delivery shortly after payment confirmation.
Where required by applicable law, checkout may ask you to expressly request immediate delivery before the usual withdrawal period expires and to acknowledge the legal consequences of that request.
Any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected by this Policy.
Successfully delivered virtual currency, items, services, and other digital benefits are generally non-refundable, except where:
Refunds are not normally issued because a user:
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right available under national or European Union law.
Once virtual currency, items, or services have been correctly delivered, their custody and use become the user's responsibility.
L2WorldWar does not normally restore or refund benefits lost through:
Player-to-player sales and exchanges are private arrangements conducted entirely at the participants' own risk. L2WorldWar does not guarantee, insure, arbitrate, or reverse such transactions.
L2WorldWar is an evolving game environment. The Administration may make reasonable changes required for balancing, security, technical operation, bug correction, or development.
Such changes may include:
A lawful and properly implemented balance or gameplay change does not normally create a right to a refund for a previously delivered benefit.
Where practical, significant changes will be announced through the official website, Discord server, or changelog.
Making a payment does not protect a user from enforcement action.
Users who receive virtual benefits remain subject to the same Terms of Service, Server Rules, and sanctions as all other users.
Suspension or termination resulting from a user's violation does not normally entitle that user to a refund for benefits already delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Virtual benefits connected to fraud, exploitation, duplication, unauthorized payments, or chargebacks may be removed.
Users should contact L2WorldWar support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so that delivery failures, duplicates, or other errors can be investigated.
A legitimate payment dispute made in good faith will be reviewed based on the available evidence.
However, fraudulent chargebacks, false claims of non-delivery, unauthorized use of another person's payment method, or deliberate attempts to retain virtual benefits after reversing payment may result in:
This section does not prevent a user from exercising lawful rights through a payment provider or competent authority.
Payment providers generally process sensitive payment information directly. L2WorldWar should not require users to send full card numbers, online-banking passwords, or payment-account credentials.
L2WorldWar may retain limited payment information where reasonably necessary, including:
Payment-related personal data will be processed in accordance with the L2WorldWar Privacy Policy and retained where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, compliance with legal obligations, or the establishment and defence of legal claims.
L2WorldWar may update this Policy to reflect changes in payment methods, virtual benefits, server operations, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be published on the official website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Material changes affecting pending or future payments will apply from the date stated in the revised Policy. Mandatory legal rights relating to transactions already completed remain unaffected.
Questions, delivery problems, refund requests, or payment disputes should be submitted through the official support channels published on the L2WorldWar website.
Include sufficient transaction information for the payment to be identified, but never send passwords, complete card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials.
